GHW Connect Messages shows to dead people?

I've got this working finally,
but can someone tell me how to make it show to dead people to?
It does me no good to show it to people that are alive.
(as what its saying it implied for dead people)

Its kind of strange...
while in game, when other people join/disconnect you can see it, but when you join you don't see any of it, maybe its supposed to work like that, I'm not sure. But as a connection message, I kind of just assumed it would show to the player joining as well -_-

The person who is connecting usually never sees messages that are created from them connecting unless there is a significant delay incorporated (which is just a waste of resources).

Well how would I do such a thing?
I need the player to know to type /respawn and /changerace to join in >.<
Solution, what about making this respawn mod auto respawn on join?

For something like that I would recommend an advertiser that shows the message every few minutes or something.
