Problem with SteamCMD Cant understand error

What is This Error?? "I get the Same error if i login to my personal Steam Account with SteamCMD" i Cant understand why its getting in the way of my SteamCMD download i am trying to download condition Zero Mod for my Server. i have de-authorized all my other devices in Steam Guard but still i login again and it gives me that error i cant get rid of it. Please HELP!!

SteamCMD is SOO SUPER SUPER DOOPER Bugged that i logged in anonymously to download CZ CZERo On my Virtual machine Microsoft azure and it worked :/
