In-Game Report Command
 

One of the main features SourceBans needs imo.

There's already a "Submit a ban" tab in the web-panel, but most people can't be bothered to look up a Steam ID to submit a ban (or they can't find it).

Can an in-game !report command be added that uses SourceBans?

I agree but not using !report more like !sbreport as I already have a page that comes up using !report lol

I'd just assume if added it be geared towards SB with the !sbreport command to be independent of the command I use as !report and others as well may have created.

What does the "Submit a Ban" page do? Just send emails? If yes then it would be easy to emulate the function.

Well it adds a database entry with information that player submits. But there is a demo function on SB.

Well, in my experience, absolutely nobody bothers to take and submit a demo, so that won't be an issue.

Well, we require demos to all our permanent bans, so people do add demos to their submissions, but that idea has come up multiple times in the past already. It might be annoying, but SB2 does have a sm_submitban command.
