Convert SteamID64 => SteamID3
 

Would anyone have code or a link to convert a steamID64 (Community ID) to a SteamID3 one?

For Example:
66561198045115849 => [U:1:12850121]

Side note: I don't want the older style 32-bit version (STEAM_0:x:xxxxxxx)
