I don't remember having such plugin for halfway map events (only saferoom stuff), still don't know if worth the effort to do it.

I'm not asking you to do it, but annoying problems about when the spitter throws acid into the elevator and the other teammates do not enter staying outside is a very common problem in 13v13 servers with sticky acid, not to mention the country players, who by farm points stay out more than 10 minutes

This is a natural behaviour of players from servers with points/rank system, players will farm whenever they can.
Also many times these "fixes" turns into false positives in some situations.
