[NOTICE] New Eyetest Convar

This convar was added because it was discovered that some third-party plugins which alter players' buttons could falsely be detected as cheats. The incompatibility is quite similar to the AutoTrigger module.

If you think you're running one of these plugins (most commonly found on CS:S Minigame servers), you can safetly remove bans that have the following format:Although the 0.8.2.2 update was tested across 5 different games (and 4 engines) for over a week, we still didn't come across this problem. In the future we'll have some kind of public testing to see how it works with various server modifications.
