Self hosting it using a web server software like Apache or nginx. There's plenty of tutorials on how to install them on the internet.

There is a plugin posted long time ago, to use seperate fastdl link (of someone else you find on google for example) for every map, configured in txt file

That is only for load distribution so you must have multiple fast download server and all of them must have all files. It should be avoided if at all possible.
