csgo all plugins arent loading
 

for some reason only half of the plugins arent loading idk why but i get this everytime i try to list plugins from the rcon tool

ÿÿÿÿ

and every 7 minutes the server randomly crashes

another thing whenever i list plugins from rcon on in game console, most of the plugins wont show
