Score Tank Kill
 

Info:
Tankmortar & airstrike kills are scored now. This is a great
stimulus to start really use them.

Requirements:
* any mod supported by Ham Sandwich module
* AMX/X 1.7x or higher
* Fakemeta module
* Ham Sandwich module

New cvars:
* stk_score_cfg <flags> (default=at)
set what to score:
a - airstrike kills
t - tankmortar kills
* [CS] stk_patch_dmgtype <0|1> (default=1)
set whether to patch damage type to make engine send DeathMsg
message to other plugins on player death; this feature is analogue
to DeathMsg Fix plugin but makes it more properly, though less
universally, so i recommend to keep this flag on & still leave
DeathMsg Fix plugin active

Notes:
* [CS] cvars are available under CS/CZ mod only

I know this shouldn't be a problem for people who know how to actually compile plugins for AMX Mod X, but you're going to a get a lot of people complaining how they get an error when it doesn't compile. Might I suggest adding a copmiled .amxx file in this case?
