XP info in wrong place

In my PC it shows up where it was supposed to (bottom left).

But in my friend's pc, XP information appears below the crosshair not in the right spot :(

What can cause that, is it fixable?

Client cvar "hud_centerid 0" to make it appear on the bottom left.
