Why you have IsValidPlayer and IsPlayerAdmin if you dont use them?
Also why he needs to use the new syntax?

Where sp file in 1.1 version? You have to add SP file.

Indeed. OP, please re-upload version 1.1 with the source code.

I'd recommend removing the multicolors include for such a simple plugin, and replacing the colors you wish to use with \x0(whatever you want here), that way you can upload the .sp (not inside a zip), directly to the forum and it can be compiled on the spot without needing additional includes.
