I installed the .smx into my /plugins directory but it doesn't work?

I have Free Roam enabled in my options menu, because I can get into Free Roam when I die as an infected...

I tried using both "sm_freeroam" in console as well as "/freeroam" in chat and neither worked.

Also, I'm not sure if this makes any difference, but when I hit Esc and try to "Take a Break" the option isn't available (it's greyed out). Is this something I have to enable via cvar in my server config?

And just as a side note...if I DO get it working, is there a way to disable the message that gets put into the chatbox at the beginning of the round saying how you can use the freeroam commands?

Any ideas?

is there anyway to hide the annoucement ? I dont wanna showing players that I am using this plugin as secret during I am " taking a break "in survivor team ! because this plugins always telling people to type /freeroam for the 3rd person view and I dont want to showing that
