Is it possible to put some soundfiles into a folder an when an admin from our server comes onto the server it will play his music.

One music file per steamid?

I think this would be fine to know who is coming onto the server.
Mostly I didnt know all the names.

Question is:
Do you really want all your clients downloading 20+ sounds for each
admin on your server, telling them no more then "Hi, I signed in..." ???
No technical problems, but my guess is this wouldn't get a great response
from regular players just connecting to a random server, wanting to play
a quick game without having to download 20+ sounds they'll never use...

Most of our players are often on the server an the download will be once.
I want only a few sounds for our admins.

I will probably try to add a mechinism to play a sound file by a command,
but probably not by a connection of a person...save that for sourcemod.
