L4d2 - help me create it

I would like you to help me with these two things:
First, how to bind to have explosive bullets directly?

Hello, sorry, none of those commands work for me in the console:

bind "j" "upgrade_add explosive_ammo"
bind "j" "give_upgrade_add_explosive_ammo"

But nothing .....
