Default auth type on SourceBans 1.4.11

hi guys,

I'm using the old one legacy version of SourceBans 1.4.11 and i'm wondering how to set default auth type to 'name', not 'steamid'.
I have a web system for VIP access and it works by name.

Can someone tell me how to edit the system to works with names not steamids ?
