help with xredirect

Hello I have the problem with xredirect I like to drop or kick players automatic when admin connect p.s 32/32 now I like to connect with console for egsample "connect 192.168.1.2:27015" and now xredirect kick or drop last player connected ?

I have this config in amx.cfg
