level triggers, how to fix them?

Have a trouble with some aim maps on my csgo server. Some cvars can be modified automatically, such as maxrounds, freezetime.. how to fix them?

Edit csgo/bspconvar_whitelist.txt, which determine the cvars allowing to modify by maps.
