Server No Longer Starting After Installing SourceMod

It's pretty self-explanatory. I have checked these forums and can't find any reason for the server to not work. There is absolutely no mention of SourceMod in the server console, and it is impossible to connect to.

If you need any more info, please let me know and I'll be happy to provide it.
