Can't load Mani mod via Metamod

Try to load manimod but doesn't work.
The game version i have is Counter.Strike.Source.SteamPipe.[Setti]
patch Setti.CSS.Patch.v8
Using metamod 1.10.4
If i use mani plugin v1.2.22.17 and type addons\mani_admin_plugin\bin\mani_admin_plugi n_mm, game crash. Do the same with mani plugin v1.2.22.18 then it's like this

Are you using the steam version of the game?

you don't even run steam... Not supported.
