Can I use Another MySQL version in SM?
 
Can I use Another MySQL version when compiling SM? I need to avoid error(Incorrect string value...) for utf8mb4 characters on old MySQL version witch defined in compilation information at sourcemod wiki(thread how to compile sourcemod)..

If you compile it yourself, it's possible. You might have to make changes to either the code or the build scripts.

I hear often about this problem, why sm team can't compile a good version of mysql?

Because no one has been willing to put in the effort. This includes all 7.6 billion people alive.

because latin it's a standart version

I could be wrong, but it may be because older versions support wider ranges of operating systems. AMXX is holding back on updating as well because of that, take a look here: https://github.com/alliedmodders/amxmodx/pull/466
