How to acquire a game's Linux server binary without any Linux machines/VMs?

All of the computers I have run Windows.

I want to begin to learn how to find a signature starting by doing the linux part, but how can I do that if I don't even have a Linux machine to acquire it?

EDIT 2: Nvm, just had a brain fart. I opened the wrong bin folder.

Install a Linux VM? VirtualBox and Ubuntu are free.

You can download Linux server version on Windows without any virtual machines.
SteamCMD allow you choose target platform. More details here.

Yeah but I don't really want to bloat my PC hard.
