AlliedModders - Superhero Hack?

Well I was wondering if models that are hacked models from fpsbanana that are used in superheros are considered hacks? I should of posted this a long time ago but I didnt know if it were true or not because my last steam account got VAC banned for having "hacks" which I didnt even have. I was kicked out of a VAC server and a message came up saying I was VAC banned or some crap like that. This server I was playing on happened to be the <blah blah> server as some may know <blah blah> is a superhero clan (or atleast I think so) I tried to find hacks that maybe my brother or a friend had put on that I didnt know about but I found nothing so I gave up and just a few days ago I thought about it and it hit me, models that some superheros use are hacked. So if someone can tell me if superheros with models that are hacked are hacks themselfs?
