If you're running the wallhack module, remove it. It's likely the one responsible for lag on CS:GO.

You can also adjust how the wall hack module works.

smac_wallhack_maxtraces - Max amount of traces that can be executed in one tick. [Default: 1280]

I run my CS:S dust2 server at
smac_wallhack_maxtraces 980
The higher the value the more CPU load it will take to function.

Is it just me, or is the aimbot module (among others) not actually banning aimbotters/cheaters?

Not only for you. Many new, undetected aimbot released, since the SMAC suspended. :(

But you can prevent some cheats in your server, with the game convars (speedhack, bunny hop).

A quick note before I lock this thread:

There's been nothing preventing us from continuing development and releasing updates other than our own inactivity. The only thing we haven't been able to do is post download links on this forum. Simple as that.
