[CS:GO] Blocking Friendly Fire, enable molotov damage for 5v5

After see some guys selling plugins like this. (easy code plugins) I made my own plugin and release to community with open source.

This is a plugin to Blocking Friendly Fire but keep Molotov damage.
Yes... this plugin only do this. It's a simple plugin.

Update Suggestions:
- Place damage for all as grenades, not just a Molotv.

ff_damage_reduction_other (for molotovs I think)
