looking for talented server admin
 

we are looking for a server admin for css we have allocated 8 servers to css.
3 servers to tf2
3 servers to dods

we need people to help with server setups ect ect. if you would like to be apart of the group join us on ts3 70.34.206.146 no port no pass :) thanks.

You should post this in the srcds section of the forum instead of here. I'm not sure but I think this is against the rules as well, don't quote me. :/

I would advise not jumping in full-force right out of the gate. Chances are, you're going to end up with a lot of empty servers.

we own our servers so no big deal we want every server up and running.

I think McKay was wanting to know how big your community is at the moment and how big your servers are . Do they get full?

I can help admin servers. I've been learning the way of SCRDS since 2007, when I first started playing HLDMS. (If you don't know what it is, it's Half Life: Deathmatch Source. It's extremely popular with scripters and people who want to mess around.)

You'd be better off starting with one server and expand once you get a stable playerbase in that one server. Much more effective and less useless work for you.

Yes, start small. Bigger isn't always better. If you have a single server that fills, and players are competing to get in to, popularity of the server is most likely going to climb. However, if you have a lot of empty servers, and a few players spread throughout them, there won't be such a high demand, and they likely won't climb.
The communities that exist today and are popular, generally started small.
