"Warmup" mode is part of Mani. I could disable it, but "VIP" mod runs fine as long as there are no bots. No bots for as maps makes more sense.

I will update all my plugins as soon as I get the time to update the function signatures.

As far as I know the crashes on as maps is due to the NAV files now being out of date, try deleting all the NAV files for any custom maps and rebuild them, see if they work after that.

got on linux, sourcemm 1.3 , mani rc24 , glittermod and jetpack ! also got mattie evenscript and steambans !
when i put Vipmod, it's crash ...

hi

i'm running css server on linux and when i try to load new vip mode ... i have:

metamod 1.3

vip_mm_1.0.E.zip which should work after valve update but on my linux server dont :(

I'll take a look at this. I don't have my linux box setup right now, so I had to assume that I had fixed it there also. :(

I updated the Linux binary. I still don't have a linux box setup, but I used VMWare Player to make sure that the plugin loads in srcds.

Try downloading it again and let me know if you have any problems.

What does 'meta version' tell you? If it's anything less than 1.3, then update metamod from sourcemm.net.

That's the only issue I've heard of so far with the latest release.

instead of the VIP-modell only the word "ERROR" comes up und runs around the map. I installed all needed files and beside that the Mod is working fine.

any idea what I could do to get it to work?

do I have to configure something else? if so - what exactly?

Ifyou have a sv_downloadurl fast web server, make sure you upload the models and materials files there. Also, make sure that cl_downloadfilter is turned off in your client.

thx ... I already posted the same @punkassfraggers ... but here again:

all files are on the webspace, too.

and the problem has every client (seeing "ERROR" instead of the VIP). player how already joined another VIP-Server before don't have this problem ...

do I have to configure something skin-related things in Mani? if so, what exactly?

It sounds like you have an old version of the plugin. Make sure to download 1.0.E updated.

If you upgrade mms it should work fine (www.sourcemm.net).

Make sure your gameinfo.txt has the "GameBin..." line also. It gets overwritten during a server upgrade.

i have tried unsuccessfully to get the maps to run
the server just stops when i use hlsw to go to that map then join the server
the map shows in hlsw runnin but when i join the server crashes

in hlsw i have

it shows its on i added from this page the

VIP-Mod-SERVER-Full-V10C to my cstrike server files
then rebooted the server
then i added
vip_mm_1.0.F to cstrike server files

same thing

i then added both to my cstrke accept the addons

on my server i have the metamod folder and the vip_mm under addons
and in the metamods folder in the metaplugins configurations settings i have added the line
addons/vip_mm/bin/vip_mm


what am i doing wrong
ive had a server 4 years and deceided to try ya source mods so im new at this
but pretty sure the m9ods are in correct place
if im wrong please help

i also went to cs bananna and got the map as_oilrig_dj

also went to another server to get the nav file

uploaded all sub directories to my server cstrike and my cstrike

still same problem

Do you have bots on? If so, turn the bots_defer_to_human cvar off. I have a fix for this but haven't released it yet.

ok i tried it with bots_defer_to_human 0
same thing

so i added in map config
exec kick_bot.cfg
named it after the map as_oilrig_dj


and it works

so for now i will just not use bots on the server
