CSGO Bots won't leave
 

Has anyone ever seen a problem where bots won't leave the server even when the actual player counts exceed the bot quota, and then fill up the server so that no new people can join??

I've seen this recently, only on certain maps.

Always has been an issue on my Dust2 DM server.

Hi Knuckles yep that was us, later those guys split off when I stopped running a CS then CSS server...

They did jsut CL, but they came from Cains Lair

For us it happens on Miarge and some others, but apparently non-standard maps.

I got into online gaming in your server back in cs 1.3 maybe?? Maybe before that can't remember exactly. Before steam anyway. Our whole clan and community spawned from yours. We liked your server but also liked a more adult friendly atmosphere. I was playing back when you have guys like Cannabi$ and IceViper etc.... Canna used to piss me off with his 120 ping laggy bs. Always on T and always with an AK. Damn that must have been 13 years ago. Before you put in your movie theatre thing.

I dunno if that plugin link I posted would help you or not, but it's the only thing i've found. Can't speculate that it was a steampipe issue since GO was already using it.

Do you remember Apache Warrior?? He is still here with me. IceViper and a bunch of those guys either stayed with CS 1.6 or got into WoW.

We have lost some good friends to WoW!!

Ha yeah I remember that name. I left this type of game for about 4 years for WoW. Great game but it requires too much time.

change bot_quota_mode to "fill" instead of "normal" in your cfg -> gamemode_<your game mode>.cfg
