"You don't have access to that command."

Hi there, sourcebans is being really annoying for me. I'm trying to set up admins, but whenever the admin tries to do anything in the server, it gives them the error listed as the title. I'll list all the things I did. I'm also trying to make the autoexec.cfg in the client configs folder.

What I did:
1. I set up a group called founder, which gets root access to both web and server.
2. I assigned 4 players to founder, then I gave one founder a server password, let's call it "admintest".
3. I checked and made sure that sourcebans was working, it's communicating with my server.
4. I went into the core.cfg file and set my PassInfoVar, let's call that "7362".
5. I went into the sourcebans.cfg file and set the ServerId, which is 1.
6. I went into my autoexec.cfg file located in my client cfg folder and put this in it: setinfo "7362" "admintest".

I did all of this, but it still refuses to give admin privileges. It's very frustrating.

After looking through my logs, this is what is printed: L 03/11/2013 - 17:26:31: [sourcebans.smx] Database failure: [2002]: Can't connect to local MySQL server through socket '/tmp/mysql.sock' (2). See FAQ: http://www.sourcebans.net/node/20

Use the IP instead of the hostname for the SQL server

I would edit the databases.cfg file and under "host name" put the IP of my gameserver?

You would put the IP of the MySQL server, not the gameserver. You probably have it set to "localhost" so you would use "127.0.0.1" instead.

I fixed the database problem, however admins still don't have access on the servers. Any ideas why?

Make sure SourceBans can properly connect to the server without any errors from logs.

Then make sure the admins on the panel are granted access to the right servers.
