fixed by adding:

host_info_show 2
host_players_show 2

to server.cfg

have same problem but not in sourceban but in steam on server list but only in csgo game
can only see "Max Players" the rest is empty

OBS!! did happen after csgo update!!

wha? I'm confused. Sometimes valve server list doesn't always update. It's working fine in SB. You can always use HLSW to track players on the server.
