when i join in my server they say to my:

This Servers accepts only legit clients.Go And buy it right now at https://store.steampowered.com/app/10/

Who knows how to delete it from Server? Tell me

You are probably attempting to connect with a no-steam cs, so you won't get any help here than: to fix this problem you should buy the game from steam.
