AlliedModders - Wc3:FT run time error/chat issues/play piano prob

ok, I got a few problems.

#1 I get this message when I start my server:
[AMXX] Run Time error 10 on line 8996 (plugin "Warcraft3FT.amx")
This may be tied to a probem I get on occasion where you dont get to choose your race (its automaticly chosen for you) and you cant change it.

#2 Now, before I describe the problem, Im going to admit that I do the unthinkible... I run a server and play on the same machine :shock: . Go ahead and save your breath telling me how dumb it is, because I ain't gonna listen. Now, the problem is, (it seems like) people cant read my chat messages, as they never respond, and I cant read theirs (or they've taken a vow of silence).

#3 I dont understand how ludwig's playthe piano plugin works. typing /piano does nothing.

None of my plugins get bad loads. heres my server.cfg, and my plugins.ini:
