Frame drops
 

Hello guys ! I am hosting some CS GO servers on an 9900k, ubuntu server.

I have an arena server, some retake servers.. mix. On my retake and mix servers some people are complaining about frame drops on retake, go and mix servers, from 400-500fps to 200fps.

On the arena they don't have any problems. Even there are 32 players.. but on retake, even if there are 10 players, they have problems with fps.

The servers are runing almost the same configuration on 128 tickrate.

Dose anybody have/had the seame problems ? Still.. it is a machine with 9900k.

thats normal, i have the same problems on my retake servers (both) at that time there was a command that fixed the problem, unfortunately it no longer exists it was: "snd_debug_sleep"

i also think the problem is only with public maps, on my bhop and surf servers this problem does not exist :3

It even happens on Valve's official matchmaking servers. Game running well, then suddenly everyone on the server complaining about getting 30-60 fps.

the bad thing is that the users then accuse the server because it is so shitty and I do not understand why the debug sleep command was removed completely

for now i am using rcon_address 1 command for fps fix..whenever fps is drop just type this in console

its about csgo ..

change resolution or retry
