because I didn't find him on the web side I find just .dll.

Sorry, but are you kidding?
The .so files are in the linux archives. You should know which operating system you are running, so this should be logical, for everybody.

Dude I am on windows and my server is on lunix and when I download amxmodx-1.8.1-cstrike.tar.gz I don't find folder with name dlls

That's why you need the BASE-files.
amxmodx-1.8.1-base.tar.gz

There are no .dll files in the .tar.gz archive. You seem to still be opening the one for Windows.

I have proof. I just downloaded it and it only has the .so file in the dlls folder.
