[CSGO] Sourcebans banip Failed
 

Hello i having problem with sourcebans in server because my Admins with Flags "70:bcdefghijklmnoq" cant ban players for IP. He using command
and after entering command pop up bug:
[Sourcebans++] sm_banip Failed
and when Admins write same /banip that pops up full command
but when owner use this command that pops up - 1.2.3.4 successfully banned
Owner have flags "99:z"

what is problem?
