CSDM is not working
 

I've installed CSDM 2.1.1 and amxmodx 1.7.6 to play some FFA 1.6 with my friends, but I can't get it to work.
When I join my HLDS server match by myself to test everything out, the following message comes up: "[CSDM] This server is running CSDM 2.1.1"

But the weapon menu doesn't show up, and the buy menu still works. What could be causing this? I have no other addons. Also, there's other message on the console saying that "Scoring will not start until both teams have players", does CSDM not work when there's only a single person on the match?
