Destroy

me and my friends got attacked by some guy using a destroy and we have no idea how to fix it
we tried to remove config.cfg + change ip + reinstall cs 1.6 (Steam Version Obviously)
i have the code of the plugin if someone thinks he can help me i'll send it to him
