AlliedModders - [CS:S] Easy Round Events

Hi to everyone.

Description:
This is just a simple plugin, that do 4 options:

1. Play custom sound on round start
2. Play custom sound on round end
3. Raplace message on round start
4. Replace message on round end

Tested in CS:S, buy maybe work in other games too.

All messages & sounds are different for each team.
So, yes, it replace original end-sound and center-text "Counter-Terrorist / Terrorist team win".

sm_ct_start_sound - Sound to play to CT force on spawn.

sm_t_start_sound - Sound to play to T force on spawn.

sm_ct_end_sound - Sound to play on round end if CT force win.

sm_t_end_sound - Sound to play on round end if T force win.

Messages:
All messages u can easily write in translation files. Start messages support colors (via morecolors), because they are chat, and end messages are center-messages, so they don't support colors.
