Server doesn't start (HLDS to ReHLDS)

I'm renting a server from kgb-hosting.
I tried to update it from HLDS to ReHLDS, but server doesn't start now.
I attached a ss of what I'm getting in console.

did you modify the hlds_run file?

actually, I didn't even have one.. I just put buy now I get this error instead:
/bin/sh: 1: ./hlds_run: Permission denied
$ $ $

edit:
ok, seems like I fixed it. i found a way to change its permission via WinSCP.
