little mod of basecomm.

mod desc:
stores basecomm settings in data/basecomm_mod.txt

added cvar:
sm_basecomm_mod_clientauth_by - How to ident player in KV. 0 - by IP, 1 - by STEAM_ID, default "1" by STEAM_ID

moded cvars:

im afraid it will not suit you - couse its for lan servers by IP, if it really needed i can make cvar to choose by IP or by SteamID

updated, but didnt 4eck it - must work:)

PS: in this ver i use basecomm_mod.phrases.txt, just not to edit original one, so overwrite basecomm.phrases.txt by original if you already used previous ver i uploaded

Ack. I'm blind. -.- ignore me. Can you upload just the plugin as well as the .rar so people can compile on the fly, also add a public cvar.

ok, ill check it using steam_ids, can you show your settings? and data/basecomm_mod.txt and maybe errorlog
