Basic model editing in 3DS max

The video is cut off in the lower/right portion. Probably was set to 1080p and not 2.5k.
Max isn't too bad, and it's pretty simple, there's just a lot of features because it can be used for so many things.
There are a lot of tools to help with faster skinning in the new version that I've not tried yet, like dual quaternion skinning. If you're just doing weights to a valve skeleton, everything I showed should get you by. A good 3/4 of the time isn't even spent applying weights to the model. Most is from messing with the QC files, importing, and exporting.. as well as preparing textures.

If you make your own model from scratch, and your own bones/animations, there are many tools to help you.

Should really make a tutorial on how to edit CS:GO models and then import them to the game. I'm not sure what tools you'd use to do this. I'd like to get into something like this. :)

I would not say that. It looks a bit overfilled at the first moment. The only thing that keeps me from working with it is that it is running awfull on my computer.

Anyways, I like the result. Any chance to may get that model?

Csgo models are exactly the same, there is just only one Skelton with animations.
