So basically my problem is that whenever I try to launch HLDS, I get this error PHP Code:
I've read people's post on how to fix it, here are some fixes that people used, but they do not work for me. #1 Code:

Have you tried removing the non-AMX Mod X modules? Remove the booster and the antidl file (which isn't needed anymore anyways). See if that improves anything.

You mean removing orpheu? if so, I'll try.
when the server crashes, it says that the error occurred in the module "swdl.dll" |

Try not running Steam on the same machine you are running your SteamCMD servers

Well the server won't be able to start if steam is not on.
