Server shutting down

Is there any way to get "Server shutting down" without sending "quit" command in server console? If yes, which are those ways?

I'm getting server shutting down randomly (sometimes). I decompiled all the installed plugins trying to find a backdoor but I didn't see anything. I changed rcon too. I have no extra metamod or amxx modules.
