[REQ] Client Welcome Message
 

Hello This is my first post on this forum

I'm Looking for a plugin that I've seen on some servers I've played on and when I do "sm plugins" I see "client welcome message" (1.0) by megal" but I cant find the plugin anywhere

I've found something similar https://forums.alliedmods.net/showthread.php?p=1130659

But that plugin only prints out a message in console and I want it to print out in the chat
