Drop the Bomb

Description:
Lets players tell nearby bots to drop the bomb so they can complete the objectives. Players must be within a reasonable distance of the bomber and be on the same team. To use players just say or team say "drop the bomb". Admins can also use !dropbomb or /dropbomb to make any player drop the bomb.

sm_bot_drop_bomb_version: The version number

Can I request that you also allow admins to be able to force humans to drop the C4?

This was a function in MANI and was useful for when the bomb carrier went afk.

Added an admin command, sm_dropbomb which allows admin to force players to drop the bomb.

Nice plugin, however I must admit I chopped the 'bot' bit out as I just wanted the drop c4 command =)
