Add Backname to Models, how ?

Can someone tell me how to change a model? I would like to write something on my back. For example: Lamda Owner or Lamda Admin. Is there a tutorial for stupid? Or can someone show a guide here?

Models are based built from BMP files. You can export them and edit using photoshop/any photo editor.

That's so vague , you can use Half-Life Model Viewer and export said texture and edit it in paint/gimp.

Just be sure you save it as BMP 8bit and it's set as Indexed(If you changed the colors).
