Because some men aren't looking for anything logical, like money. They can't be bought, bullied, reasoned or negotiated with. Some men just want to watch the world drown in vomit.



This Plugin fixes some highly unrealistic oversights in the L4D2 engine, adding chaos and hilarity.


  • Survivors throw a Bile Jar on their own feet? THEY GET BILED.

  • Tank gets blasted by Boomer explosion? HE GETS BILED.
  • Same, other SI? THEY ALL GET BILED.
  • And the Witch? GETS BILED.
  • Infected within range? BILE EM ALL.


Bile is executed via native SDK Calls and therefore fully functional. Note there is _NO_ 'bile cloud' like from a jar when a boomer dies, so once the Infected are done killing each other they'll immediatly hunt the Survivors again.



Requirements:

Current SM and MM:S Snapshots
Current SDKHooks
And dont forget to put the l4d2addresses.txt in your gamedata folder



Convars:

l4d2_bile_the_world_version
l4d2_bile_the_world_radius (default 200) - Radius of Bile Splash on Boomer Death and Vomit Jar
l4d2_bile_the_world_enabled (default 1) - toggle on/off


l4d2_bile_the_world_expl_pwr(default 150) - How much Force is applied to the flung Explosion victims
l4d2_bile_the_world_flingenabled (default 0) - toggle fling on/off
Flung Survivors are not biled, by the way.


Version History:

1.0.0 - Release
1.0.1 - Survivors now get checked for being close to VomitJars before being biled ... spoilsports. Also dead Infected are now safe.
1.0.2 - now uses raytraces to check for walls inbetween, default range decreased
1.0.3 - fixes
1.0.4 - fixed error log for custom server stuff
1.0.5 - fixed another entity property error
1.0.6 - checking for all entity propery fields now
1.0.7 - added cvar for flinging survivors by boomer explosions (default off)

I thought this plugin was to bile all 4 survivors from any spot. :\

strange survivor thrown now a bile jar and all around him got biled , and infected ghost's too -.-

There is a pretty big glitch with this plugin. When a survivor throws a bile bomb, all survivors are biled. This happens no matter how far away the bile bomb is, be it 2 feet from the survivors or across a map. It doesn't seem to restrict the bile effect to only those caught in the ConVar radius.

follow bugs:

1. survivor throw a bile and all are blind and voomit, care of distance.
2. when boomer explode he puke himself and he are pink. horde spawn after that

2. And that is bad why. He just splashed 15 litres of bile all over the place. Im adding a death check anyway.

Question. If the Boomer explodes and biles Infected, does it still summon a horde like a Bile Bomb?
