cssdm seems broken after the new csgo update.

I updated gamedata. If you run FFA you need the latest snapshot.

Is it possible in plugins like that get away from gamedata and extension so that when these updates that does not stop working plugin?

Possible yes, but there will still be gamedata that needs updating, be it specifically for the plugin or in SM. So there is very little advantage.
