TF2 Reverse Teleporter

I feel like this should exist already but I'm not finding anything.

Looking for a plugin that will make engineer teleporters work in both direction simultaneously.

The decommissioned RMF Ability Pack plugin had an engineer perk called 'Reverse Engineer' that did that. No idea if it still works.

Then I'd like to request a re-write of just that perk.
