Set gal_nom_votefile and gal_map_votefile as indicated in the galileo.cfg file.

Ok.

I'm a little bit confused...

If Players nominate 8 Maps and I set maximum maps to 6 only 6 Maps will be in vote.
I would like in this case 4 of these 8 nominated maps to be in the vote and 2 maps from the groups function. So Map No. 5 from my 1.ini and No. 6 from my 2.ini.

or...
// Specifies how many of the nominations made will be
// considered for use in the next map vote.
// A value of 0 means all the nominated maps will be considered.
gal_nom_qtyused 4

// Specifies the number of maps players can choose from during the vote.
// The number of maps must be between 2 and 8.
gal_vote_mapchoices 6

I guess this is the function i need ;) tHX
Its not working the way I thought.

If somebody nominates a map (just 1) 1 map will be in the vote. I would like to if 1 map is nominated the other 5 should be from the groups files.

Post your Galileo CVARs and the contents of whatever file you're using to define your groups.

Whichever one you tell it to use. You have full control over the name of the file that contains your map listing. Review the galileo.cfg file for the appropriate CVARs.

Re: Galileo 1.1.290 (a feature rich map voting plugin)

Brad, is there an update coming to fix that 'not awlays appearing vote' issue?
And is it possible to (optionally bu cvar) increase the RTVs needed, or disable it completely until an admin rocks the vote first, when an admin is online?
