How to reduce lag?
 

I have a server Counter-Strike 1.6 hosted on my PC, Windows 7 x64 and I have ping increased.

What to I do to reduce ping?I used last metamod, hl booster, booster_lite and ping it's even increase and increase.Some time ago I used "booster_lite" and everything was fine, now if I install some booster my server have more 1000+ ping but fluctuates a lot just when I install some booster, if I don't install a booster have 20-30+ ping on the same machine when I have hosted my server.On the local server is too much that ping, 20 :|

Internet provider counts a lot, but some time ago I have in the same situation ping 0 - 7, 8 just with booster, I don't know what booster I used (hl booster, or booster_lite).

Is some setting to write on server.cfg to fix lag, or some plugin metamod?

Download: 20mbps / Upload: 1mbps(very slow I know)

It doesn't matter right now speed of internet, just I want to not increase my ping in local machine.
I have before with this speed connection a low ping, now is increased too much and is for settings because now I don't use some booster optimization.

"host_framerate 0/1" and "fps_max 999/1000" help something to reduce my ping?
I think I need some this commands to work better my server, but maybe is something changed after the Valve updates.

I know speed it matters a lot, I will go to fiberlink in the coming months.
